FORWARDING AGENT/EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER (M/F) FULL-TIME (40H)

YOUR ASSIGNMENT INCLUDES:

• the autonomous responsibility for the efficient scheduling of national and international consignments within our database system
• the liaison with allotted customers
• responsibility for tender preparation and order processing according to consultation
• optimisation of the scheduling with the assistance of CLAUS driving personnel as well as within the procurement of carriers in accordance to internal requirements
• constant review of the completeness of the return flow of delivery documents of your transport operations as well as support of the billing process
• coordination of relevant recourse claims in accordance with management

YOUR DEFINING CHARACTERISTICS:

• Completed professional apprenticeship as a forwarding agent (m/f) or comparable qualification with at least 2–3 year work experience
• Distinct experience in the scheduling of a forwarding agency (cargo and part cargo sector)
• Good market knowledge and handling with freight exchange
• Strong negotiation skills
• Familiarity with English correspondence and conversation
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Experienced handling of EDP/Databases
• An autonomous, responsible and structured approach to work with team-orientation is a matter of course for you

EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEE FOR RECORDING AND ACCOUNTING (m/f) FULL-TIME

YOUR ASSIGNMENT INCLUDES:

• As point of contact for our customers, you receive their inquiries and orders and record them in our database system for further processing
• Provide intensive support for our schedulers, making sure that orders can be processed smoothly and quickly
• Constant review of the return flow of transport documents and calculation of implemented services according to customer-specific prices
• Supervision of incoming payments according to OPOS lists in close coordination with external bookkeeping
• Checking of customer bills and, in coordination with management, ensure the prompt and complete handling
• Coordination of relevant recourse claims within your area in attunement with management.

YOUR DEFINING CHARACTERISTICS:

• At least #Experience
• Ideally you have completed a commercial education
• Experience in transport and logistics preferable
• Familiarity with English correspondence and conversation
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Experienced handling of EDP/Databases

• 2–3 year work experience as a professional driver with classes B / C1
• Experience of KEP transport an advantage
• Forklift license an advantage
• Good German abilities
• Experienced in handling of EDP
• Experienced handling of EDP/Databases
• Responsible and prudent working style
• Experience in handling of sensitive goods
